About Me

My name is Alex Mintz. I was born and raised in Prescott, Arizona which became the location where I fell in love with photography. I graduated Northern Arizona University with a degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and minors in Photography and Japanese.

 

Photography has been a passion of mine since the day my brother gave me his camera. I learned from many amazing teachers and all of them let me go out of my comfort zone to experiment. Thus, I am Turning Out Photography because I want to share your story that’s turning out with once in a lifetime photos. So, let me be your next photographer for the next moment in your life!

Fun facts: 

• I have a cat named Ari and she’s a Nebelung aka long-haired Russian blue. 

• I also like to write and draw. 

• I have taken photos with my Canon EOS 60D since 2018. I was a freshman in high school then. Crazy huh?
